Finally finished formatting the April 2023 issue. It took a while, didn’t it? My excuse for the slow publication dates, the tardiness of it all? The fish were biting. Seriously. Ocracoke Island, NC. I mean, just what was I supposed to do? Crappy wi-fi on the island and sunny days on the beach… who can blame me for being slack? I do apologize to our writers, ya’ll are swell for not lambasting me.
Enjoy this month’s essays, poems, and short stories. It’s a damn good issue. And May 2023? It’ll be on time. Unless… nope, not gonna do it. Not going to put fishing above the Dead Mule.
